Customer Service Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle incoming calls for customer support request.
  • Follow up customer's enquiries and maintenance request.
  • Clarify issue and resolve problems.
  • Plan and schedule by assign Technician to attend request.
  • Maintain and update repair and maintenance request record.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Fluent spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well versed in Chinese communication will be an added advantage
  • At least 1 years of working experience in managing customer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
