- Handle incoming calls for customer support request.
- Follow up customer's enquiries and maintenance request.
- Clarify issue and resolve problems.
- Plan and schedule by assign Technician to attend request.
- Maintain and update repair and maintenance request record.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the company.
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Fluent spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well versed in Chinese communication will be an added advantage
- At least 1 years of working experience in managing customer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
