FORMAL COMPLAINT GUIDELINE​

Signature Kitchen Sdn Bhd strongly encourages attempts at resolution through dealing directly with the buildings’ developer and (or) management team.

Only under the following circumstances will Signature Kitchen Sdn Bhd review and take action to rectify the issue disclosed:
  • Unit is still under warranty/defect liability period* - No service cost will be incurred
  • Unit is no longer under warranty/ defect liability period* - Service cost will be incurred
*Warranty/ defect liability period varies according to project, please check the following information first before proceeding.

Prior to filing a complaint to Signature Kitchen, please refer to these guidelines to ensure your submission has the necessary information for a proper review.

NEXT STEPS
After the completed complaint has been emailed to info@signaturekitchen.com.my, our staff will take seven (7) working days to review the complaint and get back to you on the matter via e-mail or telephone.
